Shortcrust pastry ingredients for 4 people:

  • 300  grams of flour
  • 1/2  teaspoon of fine salt 
  • 8 cl  of water
  • 150 grams of butter

Preparation of the shortcrust pastry

  • Mix the flour and salt in a salad bowl
  • Cut the butter into small cubes and incorporate it into the flour, kneading quickly with your fingertips
  • Add the water. Be careful, you have to put very little so that the dough can easily form into a ball
  • Film the salad bowl and let the dough rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. It will spread more easily.
