Gazpacho recipe
Ingredients for 4 people
- 500g of ripe tomatoes
- 1 green pepper
- 1 cucumber
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 red onion
- 150g of country bread
- 100ml of olive oil
- 4 tablespoons of red wine vinegar, I use sherry vinegar
- 1 glass of water
- salt, pepper basil leaves
Preparation of gazpacho:
- Soak the slices of bread in a little water, and wring them out
- Peel the cucumber, cut it into large pieces.
- Wash the tomatoes and bell pepper, cut them into cubes
- Peel the onion and garlic Put the tomatoes, garlic, onion, bread, cucumber and bell pepper in a salad bowl. Pass everything through a blender, and then add the bread, salt, vinegar, olive oil. Quickly go back to the blinder
