Shipping of your order

• Your order is shipped the same day if it is placed before 12 noon from Monday to Friday.
• Beyond this time, it will be shipped the next day.

How do I know where my package is?

When your package is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link allowing you to track its delivery by the selected carrier. You can find this information at any time on your customer account in the information relating to your order.

Our shipping costs are calculated as accurately as possible according to the total weight of your order and the carrier chosen at the time of ordering.

Your order will be shipped according to the mode of transport chosen when ordering.  

Delivery is offered from € 69 purchase, for any delivery in metropolitan France with the carrier Colissimo pick-up point.

Your order will be shipped by Colissimo Overseas, for delivery to the address you have indicated. Delivery is usually made between 5 and 7 days.

In accordance with the law, consumers in the European Union have a period of 14 days from receipt of the item to exercise their right of withdrawal. This right applies to all products that we sell.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal within the 14-day period, simply go to your customer account and choose the return tab. Or contact us directly info@monepiceriefinedeterroir.fr 

Please carefully pack the item concerned and send it to us using the personalized return label that will be sent to you by email, within 14 days of the date of receipt.

We cannot accept returns of items with open packaging

As soon as we are informed of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, we will refund you the portion of the order price corresponding to the item concerned as well as the delivery costs actually paid.

The costs of returning the item will be at your expense, unless we have delivered the item to you by mistake, or if the item is damaged or defective.
