The organic raw cider, Alain Milliat, is an exceptional cider. This raw cider with a tense character, reveals subtle notes and an assertive bitterness.

The apples of this organic cider are selected at maturity and then pressed. The juices are then left to ferment for several months, before being assembled and a natural froth is then produced for several months.

Born in 1965 and coming from a family of farmers, Alain Milliat creates and operates for fifteen years an orchard of fruit trees in Orliénas (Lyon countryside). He specializes in the production of "zero defect" cherries for his Parisian customers. Then, in 1998, he developed several fruit nectars, including vine peach nectar, immediately adopted by the sommeliers of Relais and Châteaux.
