of its own, we privilege the real foie gras of south west France prepared by a small
artisan from ducks benefiting from the indication of protected origin "duck foie gras
South West". This is the only assurance of having a real foie gras from duck raised
and stuffed according to the methods of the soil. In order to allow you to better
appreciate our French duck foie gras, we offer you either just cooked whole or with
black truffle.
