This box consists of a duck foie gras from the South-West (125 g jar), of duck gizzards candied fruits (200g box), from Cassoulet with Confit of duck (jar 980g), of pasta with truffles (250g sachet), from Tgoose errine (70g box) and Duck (70g box) and mini-pears with brandy (250g jar). 

• Duck foie gras from the South-West : Real whole Duck Foie Gras from the South-West, made according to my recipe. Find the true taste of foie gras from the South West, prepared according to the tradition of Périgord by small producers. Foie Gras worked by hand, without additives or preservatives. 125 g jar.

• Candied Duck gizzards : The confit duck gizzards, prepared in an artisanal way according to my recipe, in order to obtain soft and tasty confit duck gizzards. Confit duck gizzards are a local dish from the south west.  Box 200g.

• Duck terrine : My Duck Terrine, made according to my recipe, a creamy and tasty terrine, with the pronounced taste of duck meat, spiced up with a hint of armagnac. Box 70g.

• Mini-Pears with brandy : The mini-pears with brandy, a delicacy exceptional. The Saint John's pears are small pears that mature at the end of June and do not keep for long, that's why traditionally they were kept in brandy. The mini pears are dipped in a light syrup flavored with brandy. It is a sweet and fragrant product with only 4.5% alcohol. 250g jar
