Lobster cream ingredients: 30% lobster, carrot, salmon, crème fraîche, water, egg, modified potato starch, rapeseed oil, Guérande sea salt 1.3%, milk proteins, spices and aromatic plants, wheat fiber, wakame, thickeners: xanthan gum. Possible traces of shellfish, sesame and mustard.
