3 bottles of semi-dry cider, comes from Normandy, bordering the Pays d'Auge. It is manufactured according to ancient processes by a small local producer. The semi-dry cider is fruity, light, pleasant on the palate and not much alcoholic.

The semi-dry cider is very popular because it is a middle ground between the raw cider and the soft cider. The taste of the apple is still found in the semi-dry cider, in addition to a sweetness.
