The Farmer's pear from Normandy, prepared by a small Norman producer, is drunk chilled, mainly as an aperitif, but Perry can also accompany seafood platters or fish.

The farmer's Perry is pslightly alcoholic, with a subtle pear flavor and the country bouquet of a traditional but very current drink..

The pears undergo a slow pressing, the juice then ferments slowly in the tank. When half of the sugar is converted into alcohol, the perry is bottled. The fermentation then continues naturally, causing a foaming in the bottle.

A tangy touch makes it possible to highlight the fruity and floral richness of the perry.
