There rust sauce is a tasty and creamy condiment originally from the provencal cuisine. It is traditionally served with fish and seafood dishes, but it can also be used to give a touch of flavor to many other dishes. Made from a traditional Provencal recipe, our rust sauce is a subtle mixture of oil, egg yolk, mustard, and spices.

Ingredients of the rust sauce : Sunflower vegetable oil, water, garlic, tomato paste, mustard, yellow of eggs, modified potato starch, milk protein, salt, spices, vinegar.
