Advice for preparing squid in sauce: Reheat gently in a saucepan without letting it boil.

Ingredients for squid in sauce: Garnish 45%: Squid 35%, mushrooms 5%, carrots 5%.

Shellfish sauce 55%: Crabs 15%, fish, rapeseed oil, tomato concentrate, vegetables (onions, carrots), modified corn starch, white wine, butter, extra virgin olive oil, salt, fresh cream, cognac, chicken broth (may contain soy), aromatic plants, spices.
