The Baba is a traditional dessert from the french gastronomy since the 18th century. The biscuit is traditionally dipped in a rum syrup, here we propose it revisited withmirabelle plum brandy.
This little babas with mirabelle plum can be enjoyed with whipped cream, and for an even more original dessert, we suggest putting a few mirabelles with brandy on it!
Composition of the little mirabelle babas: Water, sugar, glucose syrup based on WHEAT (GLUTEN), mirabelle de Lorraine brandy 12%, wheat flour (GLUTEN), whole fresh EGG, PASTRY BUTTER (MILK), yeast, salt. May contain traces of NUTS, PEANUTS and SOY.
