This ready-made dessert is made in the pure French pastry tradition. The fresh pancakes are rolled by hand and poached with a hot alcohol syrup.

To be enjoyed plain, flambéed, quickly reheated in the microwave or topped with whipped cream, vanilla ice cream, coulis, or custard.
