The recipe for anna apples with truffle
Let's rediscover a classic of the culinary traditions of Ile de France: Apples are a very simple recipe, making it possible to transform potatoes into a delicious melting pie
But who is Anna who gave her name to this recipe? In fact we don't know anything about it! Maybe a "lioness" of the Second Empire who went to the English Cafe, or maybe Anna Damiens, an actress who inspired many Parisian chefs
Ingredients of anna apples with truffle for 4 people:

- Place the potatoes on greaseproof paper, arranging them in the shape of a rosette with a few thick potato slices
