The Crispy feta cheese with Lobster Oil on its sliced avocado and mushrooms, an original starter!

Ingredients Crispy feta cheese with Lobster Oil on sliced avocado and mushrooms for 6 people:

  • 5 to 7 cl of Lobster Oil
  • 3 lawyers
  • 6 button mushrooms
  • 6 brick sheets
  • 50 g of drained feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil

Preparation of Crispy feta cheese with Lobster oil on its sliced avocado and mushrooms

  • Cut each brick sheet in 2. Fold each half sheet in 2 along its length and coat them with Lobster Oil
  • Place a small piece of feta cheese at the bottom of the resulting strip and fold it back in the shape of a triangle
