The recipe for Mashed potatoes with crab and basil

- 6 potatoes
- A box of crab
- 15 cl of fresh cream
- 15 cl of crab oil
- 1 small bunch of basil
- Salt, pepper
Preparation mashed potatoes with crab and basil
- Pour the crab oil into a small bowl.
- Wash, dry and chop the basil, add it to the crab oil and mix. Reserve.
- Peel, wash and steam the potatoes.
- Place the potatoes in a salad bowl, pour half of the crab oil with basil and the cream. Season with salt, pepper and mash everything with a potato masher.
- Arrange the mashed potatoes in the plates using a circle. Spread the crab and drizzle with the remaining crab oil with basil.
