Seaweed tartare, mimosa egg and tuna cream

Seaweed tartare, mimosa egg and creamy tuna, an original recipe for a starter, or a glass as an aperitif!

Ingredients of the Seaweed Tartare, mimosa egg and tuna cream for 4 people:

  • 4 eggs
  • 120 g of natural tuna
  • 1 shallot
  • 80 g of Seaweed Tartare
  • 100 g of homemade mayonnaise

Preparation of seaweed Tartare, mimosa egg and tuna cream 

  • Cook the hard-boiled eggs (10 to 12 minutes depending on the size). Chop the shallots. Make the mayonnaise.
  • Drain and crumble the Tuna au naturel Mix it with the shallot and mayonnaise. Check the seasoning.
  • Peel the eggs and separate the yolk from the white. Chop the egg yolks and whites with a knife.
  • Fill each glass by superimposing the tuna cream, the mimosa egg and then the Seaweed Tartar.
