The bellini recipe

The Rossini is an Italian cocktail. He is the cousin of the Bellini. Like him, his recipe is made directly by the glass, and they both contain prosecco mixed with a delicious fruit juice: peaches for the Bellini, strawberries for the Rossini.

Bellini ingredients for 2 people:

• 1 Sengana Strawberry Nectar (40ml)
• 1 Bottle of Prosecco
• 1 Fresh lemon juice
• 1 fresh strawberry

Preparation of the Bellini 

• First pour the nectar and then lengthen with Prosecco.
• If you wish, add a dash of fresh lemon juice to enhance the taste.
