Ingredients of Tagliatelle and prawns with lobster oil for 4 people:

  • 8 tagliatelle nests
  • 8 prawns
  • 4 slices of Serrano
  • 1 zucchini
  • Lobster oil
  • Olive oil.

Preparation of Tagliatelle and prawns with lobster oil

  • Dry the Serrano slices in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
  • Peel the prawn tails and place a drizzle of Lobster Oil then season.
  • Cut the zucchini in 2 and cut it into brunoise. Fry it briskly with a drizzle of olive oil until brown.
  • After having cooked your tagliatelle, incorporate the prawns tails in the center of each nest then add the Serrano shavings on top.
  • Add a drizzle of Lobster Oil on your preparation and enjoy hot.
