The recipe for guacamole
Guacamole, a "dip" based on crushed avocado among the most consumed.
Guacamole is a typical Mexican preparation made with avocados, tomatoes, onions, lemon, coriander and serrano or jalapeño pepper. This is a very old recipe that has undergone some modifications over time and depending on the region the recipe may differ slightly, but the basic ingredients remain.
Prepare your guacamole as it should be, with a mortar or a fork, and a few pieces of avocado that melt under the tongue. Traditionally served with corn toasts, nachos or tortillas, guacamole also goes wonderfully well with grilled meats. Very easy and quick to make yourself and certainly better than the one sold in the supermarket, it would be a shame to miss out on this delicious sauce which is a real invitation to travel.
Ingredients of the guacamole 4 people:
- 1 avocado wall
- 1 lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of guacamole mixture
- salt, pepper
Preparation of guacamole
- peel the avocado, cut it into cubes
- In a salad bowl, put the avocado, the spice mixture, salt, pepper and lemon juice
- Mash everything with a fork
