The Foie Gras, a typical and emblematic product of the French terroir; speciality

recipe in the respect of the tradition of the terroir... Foie gras has a taste, a
texture and an aspect of its own, we favor the real foie gras from the
south west prepared by a small craftsman from ducks benefiting from
the protected indication of origin "duck with foie gras from the south west".
This is the only guarantee to have a real foie gras from duck
raised and fed according to the methods of the terroir. In order to allow you to
to appreciate to the best of our duck foie gras, we offer it to you
either whole just cooked, or at the black truffle.
