This is a polyfloral honey creamy brown in color. It is composed of multiple nectars from the Norman bocage mixed by bees, including hawthorn and apple trees, cherry trees, pear trees, plum trees and rapeseed. It is the honey that crystallizes the fastest. Its texture remains creamy, supple. Its fragrance is sweet and flowery.
