The rosé cider is the result of a famous mixture of red apples (an apple whose skin and flesh are red) and traditional cider apples. The orange-pink color and the finesse of its bubbles create a harmonious product. In the mouth, the rosé cider is vlively and fresh with an explosive finish.
The rosé cider is made in Normandy from old apples with red flesh, which gives the particular color to this cider.
Rosé cider is usually drunk chilled as an aperitif.
