The Sweet Farm Cider, comes from Normandy, on the edge of the Pays d'Auge. It is made according to ancient processes by a small local producer.
The farmer's sweet cider is the least alcoholic, and the sweetest of the farm ciders. The taste of the apple is just sublimated all roundness and sugar in the sweet farm cider.
The Farmer's Sweet Cider is sweet and very fruity, and very sparkling.

The farmer's Sweet Cider is sweet and very fruity, and very sparkling.
The pressed juices from the farm's orchards are racked after a week. This is followed by alcoholic fermentation and then bottling when the sugar level and aromas give an excellent fruitiness.

This cider is ideal with sweet and sour dishes, desserts or as a well-struck aperitif with small Neufchâtel toasts with applesauce.
By the eye: this sweet cider offers a color ranging from golden yellow to amber. A generous foam that forms a string of fine bubbles around the glass.
On the nose: "the apple in all its states": a powerful nose in aromas in the first place, depending on the vintage we go from fresh apple to applesauce with a note of caramel.
On the palate: its lively and round freshness reveals fruity and floral notes, a well-structured structure and a balance of sugars thanks to the tart varieties.
This cider should be stored lying down in a cool place (15 ° c maximum and without light). Optimum storage for one year, or even two years depending on the vintage.
