The apricot juice, Alain Milliat, is an orange apricot nectar, with a slightly luscious texture, will seduce you with its vivacity, its slightly woody aromas and its beautiful natural acidity.

Born in 1965 and coming from a family of farmers, Alain Milliat created and operated for fifteen years an orchard of fruit trees in Orliénas (Lyon countryside). He specializes in the production of "zero defect" cherries for his Parisian customers. Then, in 1998, he developed several fruit nectars, including vine peach nectar, which was immediately adopted by the sommeliers of Relais and Châteaux.

Ingredients of apricot nectar : Water, apricot pulp (46%), sugar, citric acid, ascorbic acid.
