Ingredients of the lobster soufflé: eggs, Lobster meat 21%, cream (milk), butter (milk), fish (hake, cod), Chablis 1.5% (sulphites), salt, lime juice and pulp 0.6%, gelatin, flavors (crustacean), spices, pepper, baking powder (disodium diphosphate, sodium acid carbonate, corn starch). Possible traces of gluten and nuts.
