Sardines à la nicoise: Steamed sardines, accompanied by extra virgin olive oil, onions, peppers and chili pepper.
Ingredients of Sardines à la nicoise: Sardines (Sardina pilchardus) 70%, extra virgin olive oil, peppers 5%, onions, garlic, salt, chili 0.5%.

Sardines à la Camargue: Steamed sardines, accompanied by chorizo sticks.
Ingredients of Sardines à la camargue: Sardines (Sardina pilchardus) 70%, sunflower oil, chorizo 8.5% (pork meat and fat, pork rind, salt, dextrose, sweet pepper, spices and aromatic plants, natural flavors, stabilizers: diphosphates - triphosphates, antioxidants: ascorbic acid - sodium erythorbate, preservatives: potassium nitrate, coloring: carmine, ferments), salt.
